Supervise on-site technicians, engineers, contractors/subcontractors,  and other individuals that are involved in the construction process.

Delegates and prioritizes tasks to ensure that construction projects are completed within approved schedule and within budget by validating the SOW at REV0 Site Walk for accuracy pre-construction.

Determine construction feasibility through identifying construction access/staging areas, best route for utilities introduction, and construction site viability in corroboration with Zoning, Acquisition, and the RF department through the Site Walk process.

Assists Project Managers in revenue and cost management by reviewing bids and gross margin

Coordinates Power & Telco Utilities as required by site conditions

Provide information to the project manager on a regular basis regarding estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders as required.

Manages and tracks the arrival and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.

Urgently respond and resolve conflicts to avoid delays in project completion and inform the project manager

Consolidate and convey accurate construction reports to project manager regarding project dates, all phases of site design, scoping and field change management, construction status, bids and subcontracting

Coordinate timely close-out documentation completion; review and approve/reject subcontractor closeout package; confirm the official job sign off and completion.

Initiate and receive approval for all change order requests with client before approving the subcontractor change order and before work is performed.

Read and understand Construction drawings, Zoning drawings, Structural drawings, Steel modification design drawings, wiring diagrams, grounding schematics, road designs, redline drawings and RF Data Sheet to confirm configuration is installed.

Carried out E911/LMU installs, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, and testing in multiple AT&T markets in the Southeast operating on Ericsson, Nokia and Siemens BTS.

Installation and commissioning of Cisco SIADs into cellular communications sites

3G Carrier adds/installs and testing of RF paths using Anritsu testing gear. Analyze, package, and report results

Installation & testing of GSM and UMTS ATM T1 circuits utilizing JDSU T-Berd test gear, perform pattern testing with carrier switch to identify clean circuits with no errors. Analyze, package, and report results

Installation and programming of Carrier Access Flexmaster  units within ATT cell sites in order to break out DSO from existing T1 circuit for E911 SMLC switching

Installation of  Ericsson GSM BTS components such as ASU for E911 RF RX path receiving into TRU Position units

Installation, swap out, and testing of back up -48 battery system racks and strings into cellular communications sites Indoor/Outdoor(BBU)

Ability to performs the most complex of installation projects under demanding operational conditions

Ability to make calibration and alignment checks; perform adjustments, modifications and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
